He who buys what he does not need, steals from himself - Swedish Proverb Ok! I don't know about you, but there is something freeing about being in a tidy, organized room. On the flip side, I get chest pain when I'm in a disaster of a room. Enough so, people sometimes poke fun at… Continue reading My adventure with minimalism
It has been quite some time since I have written here and I'm feeling a little rusty! In my journey to push myself through the fears of what stands between me and my goals, one prompt has been consistent as of late. Writing a blog. So here I am and I'm both scared and excited.… Continue reading Letting Go
In my journey to health and wellness, one common piece of advice that I have been getting is drinking the juice of 1/2 a lemon in warm water first thing in the morning, at least within the first 30 minutes of when you wake up. One of the dividing differences between how some people appear solid or appear like they are falling apart is how they deal with the situation. Incredible, if I do say so…) – I got to work on dessert: these cherry, coconut and cacao bliss balls. Like cashew nut butter and celery or oats and spicy cinnamon, the combination of cherries, coconut and chocolate (by way of raw cacao powder) is a match made in superfood heaven. It. Just. Works. Every. Time.
